ReQuest® identifies how consumers think and act
ReQuest® is comprised of data generated from two quarterly components: (1) behavioral tracking to measure product penetration, usage, and substitution over time; and (2) attitudinal information to evaluate consumer attitudes
toward competition, satisfaction, company perception, performance, loyalty, and receptivity to new product features, bundling, and monthly expenditures. As a value-added option, we also offer specialized client studies to tackle
“hot button” issues affecting the telecom marketplace.
The behavioral component contains approximately six pages of market behavioral questions that tap into current issues such as service substititution, spending on telecom services, feature bundling, new products, high-speed internet access and local telephone service preferences. The survey remains consistent from one quarter to the next in order to track trends in consumer interest in telecom products and services.
The attitudinal component gauges consumer attitudes toward service providers, including switching behavior, pricing, and adoption of nontraditional services (local and long distance phone service or cable TV service) from alternative telecom service providers.
